Hunting Memberships

For the dedicated sportsman, membership at Whitetail Ranch is an investment in a true hunter’s paradise. Our unique location offers a diverse pursuit of big game, including whitetail deer, mule deer, and antelope, alongside the premier experience of a private pheasant hunting preserve. Situated directly in the migration path of numerous waterfowl, the ranch provides prime seasonal action on the river and pond. Beyond our private borders, you enjoy exclusive "backdoor" access to vast expanses of BLM land, significantly expanding your territory. After a day in the field, retreat to the Wellness Center to recharge in the sauna or jacuzzi, or gather with fellow hunters in the Activity Barn. Membership transforms this rugged landscape and its high-end amenities into your own private basecamp, where the next great adventure is always just outside your door.

Fishing Memberships

For the fly-fishing enthusiast, membership at Whitetail Ranch provides unparalleled access to the legendary Beaverhead River, a world-renowned blue-ribbon tailwater fishery. With nearly a mile of this “serpentine” river meandering directly along our property, you can enjoy wade fishing in a landscape stacked with over 3,000 trout per mile. Whether you are a seasoned angler chasing trophy-sized rainbows and browns or a beginner taking lessons on our private Eagle Pond, the ranch is designed as a complete sportsman's retreat. Our dedicated Rod & Reel shop serves as your riverside basecamp, stocked with high-end rods, reels, and waders for your exclusive use. After a day mastering the Beaverhead’s prolific hatches, you can swap stories by the riverside fire pit or decompress at the Wellness Center. Membership transforms this premier Montana fishery into your own private backyard, offering the freedom to fish on your own schedule in a serene, high-end environment.

VIP Membership

(Limited to 8 members)

Annual memeberships include:

13 days/12 nights (365 days per year use) minimal blackout days.

Guest Privileges

  • Membership includes six (8) daily guest passes per year. A guest pass includes lodging and use of amenities.

  • $125.00 cleaning fee applied per guest per stay

  • Members may sponsor up to 6 guests at a time

  • Up to 18 additional daily guest passes are available at $250 per day. Guest passes include lodging and use of amenities.

  • $125.00 cleaning fee applied per guest per stay

  • Shooting Clays (you bring the shot we provide the clays)

  • $16,000.00 Annual Membership Fee

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more.

  • Beaverhead River on property access for wade fishing or use of property’s two fishing rafts.

    Pond fishing

    Priority guided fishing, wading or float trips available (extra cost)

  • On prem pheasant hunting (includes 3 birds/gun/day)

    On prem waterfowl hunting (pond, river, and barley field blinds) Priority access to nearby guided hunting areas (extra cost)

FAQs

  • We are located just 5 miles south of Dillon, a historic railroad and ranching town nestled in the southwest corner of Montana. It is a central hub for outdoor recreation and western heritage. There are grocery stores, restaurants, spas, shops and medical facilities in town.

  • No, we do not have a restaurant on property. Our members have access to the activity barn where they are invited to use our kitchen and BBQ areas for preparing meals. We can provide links to professional chefs, caterers and BBQ specialists in the area as well as recommendations for dining in the area. Some of our cabins also have full kitchens.

  • Our ranch is situated next to Barrett’s campground. Camping is allowed at the ranch for members; however, we do not have hook ups at this time.

  • Yes, guests of the ranch have access to a laundry hut.

  • We offer limited rentals of our cabins by special arrangements through our lodging coordinator and for guests of our priority vendors. Please call 801-209-3376 for information. All rentals subject to availability and member rentals take priority.
